في ظل الدساتير المصرية المتعاقبة انتهاء بالدستور المصري الحالي ٢٠١٤ .

The subject of the thesis "constitutional and judicial protection for
amending the constitution" is an inductive, analytical, comparative study
of constitutional texts, with the aim of identifying the concept of
constitutional amendment, the body responsible for constitutional
amendment, the nature of the three objective, formal and temporal
controls for constitutional amendment stipulated in various constitutions,
and the extent to which supra-constitutional principles and international
treaties are considered controls. For constitutional amendment, the
position of constitutional systems and constitutional jurisprudence on the
controls for amending the constitution, the various trends in comparative
constitutions in their application of the principle of oversight of
constitutional amendments, and the extent of the mandate of the Egyptian
constitutional judiciary to monitor constitutional amendments under
successive Egyptian constitutions, ending with the current Egyptian
Constitution of 2014
