| Summary, etc. | The subject of the thesis "constitutional and judicial protection for<br/>amending the constitution" is an inductive, analytical, comparative study<br/>of constitutional texts, with the aim of identifying the concept of<br/>constitutional amendment, the body responsible for constitutional<br/>amendment, the nature of the three objective, formal and temporal<br/>controls for constitutional amendment stipulated in various constitutions,<br/>and the extent to which supra-constitutional principles and international<br/>treaties are considered controls.
