تناول موضوع الرسالة محل البحث دور المجني عليه في الدعوى الجنائية - دراسة مقارنة و ذلك من أجل إظهار الدور الحقيقي للمجني عليه في الدعوى الجنائية باعتباره ضحية الجاني و جريمته : و يظهر هذا الدور من خلال توقف تحريك الدعوى الجنائية في بعض الجرائم على تقديم شكوى منه: و من خلال حقه في تحريك تلك الدعوى بطريق الادعاء المباشر: مع ملاحظة أن هذا الحق يختلف في الأنظمة اللاتينية عنه فى الأنظمة الأنجلو أمريكية

The victom's role in the criminal action is the issue of this thesis. His right to move the criminal action by his claim and his right to move the criminal action by direct indictment. this right is different in the Latin legal Systems from the Anglo- American legal systems. The victom has also the right to challenge the decisions of the investigation authority either it is the public prosecution or the magistrate judge.
