His right to move the criminal action by his claim and his right to move the criminal action by direct indictment. this right is different in the Latin legal Systems from the Anglo- American legal systems. The victom has also the right to challenge the decisions of the investigation authority either it is the public prosecution or the magistrate judge.<br/>He has also the right to interfer in the criminal action raised by the public prosecution and he has the right to civil claim before the magistrate judge during trial process.
