Dealt with in this study, the theme of "the legal status of the police officer in light of the provisions of criminal law in the United Arab Emirates" has been shown to us through the study that the police officer shall apply the rules and regulations adhered to by all members of the community in achieving the common good for them or is the person in charge of achieving the Millennium that meet the general interest of society to enjoy stability, security and social and economic state, which reassures members of the community and supports the confidence in the ability of the police officer to fight crime before it occurs, and adjust the perpetrators after the fact.
However, these procedures and the powers exercised by the police officer in order to achieve these objectives the development of criminal law have restrictions should not be beyond it constitute a sure guarantee for the protection of fundamental rights of individuals first, as well as being a guarantee of the police himself to raise liability against him, and whatever kind II.
