بدأت الدراسة بوصف مسئولية الطبيب ومن ثم تطورها وبيان اسس المسئولية الجنائية الطبية كما عملت الدراسة على المقارنة بين العديد من التشريعات منها التشريع المصرى والاردنى والفرنسى وقدمت الدراسة تحليلا دقيقا لبعض النصوص القانونية وكذلك الوقوف عند الاحكام الصادرة عن القضاء المصرى والاردنى والفرنسى فيما يخص المسئولية الطبية وتم تناول الموضوع من خلال عرض المسئولية الطبية من حيث تطورها التاريخى

The study began as a responsible doctor and then development and the statement of the foundations of criminal responsibility, medical school has also worked on a comparison between several pieces of legislation, including legislation, the Egyptian and Jordanian, French, and the study provided a thorough analysis of some legal provisions. As well as stop at the provisions of the Egyptian judiciary, the Jordanian and French with respect to medical liability.
Were dealt with the subject through the door preceded by an introductory chapter introducing the medical responsibility in terms of its historical development and basis. Part I talked about the legal nature of medical work, and was divided into two chapters I was an introduction to criminal liability for medical definition of medical terms, means and types of work, and the basis is permitted in law, religion, and the second chapter discusses the scope of criminal liability in terms of medical conditions and general provisions of the emerging for the crimes of medical tasks.
The second section dealt with the mainstreaming of criminal responsibility for the work it is medical in the first quarter, which singled out for positive medical error of criminal responsibility was identify the essence of medical error and manifestations and medical errors in terms of practical application in terms of criminal and different trends on the responsibility of doctors for their mistake. Chapter II introduced the analytical study of the criminal responsibility for some of the medical Kaltjarb medical and transplantation of human organs and cosmetic surgery.
In my conclusion was to highlight the major findings and recommendations and proposals that reached by this study.
