تهدف هذه الرسالة إلى التعريف بدعوى الحسبة ودورها في ضبط المجتمع الإسلامى , وتناولت تلك الرسال الحديث عن الدعوى من حيث ماهيتها , ومشروعيتها , وحكم استيفاء الحقوق بالدعوى, ثم تناولت الحديث عن الحسبـة, من حيث حقيقتها وحكمها التكليفى , وحكمة مشروعيتها وأنواعها ومراتبها وأصولها , ثم تناولت الشبهات المثارة حولها وتناولتها بالرد.ثم تناولت الحديث عن دعوى الحسبة ماهيتها والفرق بينها وبين الدعوى الشخصية وبين بعض النظم المعاصرة , ثم تناولت حكمها والأساس الشرعى لها , ثم تناولت أركان لدعوى الحسبة , وشروطها , وأسباب انقضائها.ثم تناولت بعد ذلك دور دعوى الحسبة في ضبط المجتمع , ويشتمل على ماهية الضبط المجتمعى في الاسلام وأهميته وآلياته, ثم تناولت دور دعوى الحسبة في حفظ الدين والهوية الإسلامية , ودورها في مواجهة الكسب غير المشروع بجميع صوره من السرقة والرشوة والاحتكار و الغلاء ومن المعاملات المحرمة ومن أعمال السحر ومن الاعتداء على المال العام , ثم تناولت بعد ذلك دور دعوى الحسبة , في حفظ النفس , والنسل والعرض , والعقل , و مواجهة الإرهاب , وكذلك دورها في النهوض بالعمل بما يتضمنه من الرقابة على مدى التقيد بمواصفات السلامة العامة في العمل , ومدي الالتزام بمقاييس الجودة, ثم دورها في مواجهة الجرائم التى لا عقوبة لها في الإسلام, ثم جاءت الخاتمة مشتملة على أهم النتائج والتوصيات .

This message to the definition of the pretext of the Hesba and its role in the control of the Islamic community, That message deal with the case in terms of its truth, Its legitimacy, and ruling on obtaining the rights to the Lawsuit , Then I spoke about the Hesba, in terms of its truth and its mandate, and the wisdom of legitimacy and types and ranks and origins, Then she addressed the suspicions raised around her and dealt with the response.Then I talked about the case of Hesba , the difference between it and the personal lawsuit and some contemporary systems, Then dealt with the ruling and the legal basis for them, and then dealt with the components of the case of Hesba, and its conditions, and the reasons for its termination.He then dealt with the role of the Hesba suit in the control of society, And includes the meaning of social control in Islam and its importance and mechanisms, And its role in the face of illicit gain in all forms of theft, bribery, monopoly, high prices and forbidden transactions and the work of magic, And face the theft of public money.And then dealt with the role of the Hesba case , In self-preservation, offspring, display, mind, and counter-terrorism, Well its role in promoting action, and confronting the crimes that have no punishment in Islam, Then came the end with results and recommendations.
