This is due to the importance of the subject of delegation in administrative delegation during the current age. In the course of the increasing tendency of the administrative problems covering all fields in the state affairs be it economical or administrative nature. The administrative responsibility of the chief to practice his obligation, may lead t, in some cased to some legal and administrative complications. The only way is delegation in administrative competence, as a legal rule to reorganize the competences in the administrative body. This is a way instead of issuing a new law or decree to define competences inside the administrative body, and how to practice these new rules, the case where many complications may appear. Issuing the delegation decree to define competences from the administrative leader may be the only solution. The current study deals with the administrative organization in Kuwait. Elements of centralization and decentralization administrative systems were involved. Concept of administrative competences delegation its importance, features, legal nature, forms, distinguishing from similar legal systems also dealt with. The current study will cover the legal system of delegation, its terms, limits, its effects, ways of termination. Finally we will reveal some practical problems facing delegation and ways of solving it. The current study tries to clear out points of defects in Kuwaiti law in a way to offer some suggestions to be considered in the future. This may require legislative amendments or new technical points of views presented to the administrative authority to adopt it.

The present study focused on: Delegation in Administrative Competence's in Kuwaiti Law. This is due to the importance of the subject of delegation in administrative delegation during the current age.
