وتتلخص هذه الدراسة - بإلقاء الضوء في فصل تمهيدي منها
ماهية التحقيق الابتدائي من ناحية مفهومه ومفهوم المتهم. ثم سلطنا الضوء على الضمانات العامة " فبينت أن هناك ضمانات متعلقة بحماية المتهم، وضمانات تستمد من خصائص التحقيق الابتدائي. وبعد ذلك تناولنا الضمانات الخاصة " وهي ضمانات الدفاع عن المتهم وضمانات عدم المساس بحرمته الخاصة وعدم التأثير على إرادته.
وقد ختمنا دراستنا بما توصلنا إليه من نتائج وما نراه من توصيات.
