سلّطت هذه الدراسة الضوء على الأحداث المواكبة لإصدار الدستور المصري لسنة 2014م، والأحداث التي جرت قبل إصداره منذ ثورة يناير 2011م وحتى ثورة 30 يوليو 2014م, حيث انعكست هذه الأحداث على تغيرات دستورية فارقة بسقوط دستور 1971م والإعلانات الدستورية خلال الفترة الانتقالية من 2011م ودستور 2012م، وذلك من أجل تحليل وضع السلطتين التشريعية والتنفيذية في هذا الدستور الأخير، وبيان الحدود بينهما ومظاهر القوة والضعف طبقًا لنصوص هذا الدستور، من أجل التّوصل إلى حدود التوازن بين السلطة التشريعية والسلطة التنفيذية في ظل الدستور المصري.

Titled: The limits of balance between legislative authority and executive authority under the Egyptian Constitution issued in 2014 AD
This study shed light on the events that coincided with the issuance of the Egyptian Constitution of 2014 AD, and the events that took place before its issuance from the January 2011 Revolution until the July 30 Revolution of 2014 AD, as these events were reflected in significant constitutional changes with the fall of the 1971 Constitution and the constitutional declarations during the transitional period from 2011 AD and the 2012 Constitution. In order to analyze the position of the legislative and executive powers in this latest constitution, and to clarify the boundaries between them and the aspects of strength and weakness according to the texts of this constitution, in order to reach the limits of the balance between the legislative power and the executive power under the Egyptian Constitution.
