This his thesis has focussed upon legal and constitutional organizing of press liberty in Yemen under the outstanding legislation's comparatively with press Liberty in Iraq and Egypt. The thesis was divided in to four chapters with an introduction including the meaning of Press Liberty as well as the general liberties and especially free speech thought the point of view of Islamic Jurisprudence, then we conclude the opinion of western Jurisprudence, socialist Jurisprudence.
The first chapter deals with constitutional organizing of press liberty. Also it's emphasized on the constitutions which organize this liberty and that Legislative censorship must be guarantees the press liberty practically. Emphasizing on the role of legislation to protect this liberty, Certain legislative applications given as examples which reveal their role in protection liberty in Egypt, Iraq and Yemen.
The second chapter in concerned with the lawful provisions as how they guarantee and organize the press property and publications emphasizing. Firstly on the legal organizing of newspaper property and their reproduction. Secondly, the lawful restriction of newspaper property right and their reproduction. Thirdly, on the publishing procedures.
In chapter three efforts is made to discuss the legal provisions which organize the newspaper circulation such as prohibition of newspaper circulation, confiscation newspapers and the canceling newspapers.
The Fourth Chapter is concerned with the registration in press syndicate and the administrative license to practice the presswork as well as the guarantees of the journalist liberty.
