The System of prohibition, for common or public interest is divided in two sections. Prohibition for the interest of the legitimated (i.e., prohibited person),, just as Prohibition on the infant, insane, immature, as well as prohibition for the interest of others just as the debtor to his creditor. Prohibition on the sick personae., death-illness for the interest of his heirs. Section One, is connected with the research work and study in this dissertation, is of vital importance; because those involved person, are the most individuals, in society, who are in need of protection and maintenance of their properties because they lack authority- i. e., they are powerless.
