قسمت هذه الرسالة إلى بابين يسبقها فصل تمهيدي تناولت فيه الاستثمارات الأجنبية بالمغرب حيث تم الحديث عن مناخ الاستثمار بالمغرب وبينا الآثار الاقتصادية للاستثمارات الأجنبية وفي آخر الفصل تناولت واقع وعوائق الاستثمارات الأجنبية
بالمغرب.
عرضت في الباب الأول الأحكام العامة لعقد الاستثمار الأجنبي وذلك في فصلين تناولت في الفصل الأول للإطار القانوني لعقد الاستثمار الأجنبي وعرضت في الفصل الثاني
الأطراف عقد الاستثمار وآثاره.
وخصصت الباب الثاني لدارسة التحكيم كوسيلة لتسوية منازعات
الاستثمار الأجنبي من خلال فصلين تناولت في الأول الأحكام
العامة للتحكيم في منازعات الاستثمارات وفي الفصل الثاني
النظام الإجرائي لخصومة التحكيم منازعات الاستثمار الأجنبي.
وانتهت الدراسة بخاتمة ضمت مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات.

This study was divided into two sections preceded by introductory chapter that addressed foreign investment in Morocco as it talked about investment climate in Morocco. We also explained economic impacts of foreign investments and at the end of the chapter addressed the reality and obstacles facing foreign investments in Morocco.
Section one provided the general provisions of foreign investment contract in two chapters that; the first chapter addressed the legal framework of foreign investment contract, while the second chapter provided parties of investment contract and its impacts.
Second section was assigned to study arbitration as a method of settling disputes of foreign investment in two chapters; the first chapter addressed the general provisions of arbitration regarding investments disputes and in chapter two it addressed the procedural system of arbitration dispute of foreign investment disputes.
The study ended with a conclusion that included a set of results and recommendations.
