تناولت هذه الدراسة النظام القانوني للهيئات المستقلة في العراق دراسة مقارنة. مع كل من (الدستور المصري والجزائري والمغربي والدستور الفرنسي والأمريكي) وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على الاطار العام للنظام القانوني للهيئات المستقلة والأساس الدستوري لها أعقبها البحث في المركز القانوني لتلك الهيئات لتمتد الدراسة لتشمل البحث في ماهية الاستقلال الفني لتلك الهيئات والذي أعقبه البحث في الرقابة على الهيئات المستقلة بشقيها الغير قضائية المتمثلة برقابة مجلس النواب والرقابة الإدارية والشق الثاني هو الرقابة القضائية والتي تشمل رقابة القضاء الدستوري ورقابة القضاء المزدوج (رقابة القضاء الإداري- رقابة القضاء العادي) وتطبيقاتهما وخلصت هذه الدراسة في النهاية الى عدد من النتائج والمقترحات التي تضمنتها الخاتمة

This study dealt with the legal system of independent bodies in Iraq, a comparative study. With each of the (Egyptian, Algerian, Moroccan, French and American constitutions) This is done by shedding light on the general framework of the legal system of independent bodies and their constitutional basis, followed by research into the legal status of those bodies. The study extends to include research on the nature of the technical independence of these bodies, which was followed by research on the control of independent bodies in both its non-judicial parts represented by the control of the House of Representatives and the administrative control The second part is the judicial oversight, which includes the oversight of the constitutional judiciary and the oversight of the dual judiciary (oversight of the administrative judiciary - oversight of the ordinary judiciary) and their applications. Finally, this study concluded with a number of results and proposals that were included in the conclusion.
