هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على الرقابة البرلمانية على تصرفات السلطة التنفيذية في النظام الدستوري في مملكة البحرين ومقارنتها بالنظام الدستوري المصري والفرنسي. استخدمت ثلاث دراسات ثلاث طرق ؛ نهج القياس الاستقرائي ، الوصفي ، التحليلي والمقارن. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن اللوائح الدستورية تختلف من دولة إلى أخرى باختلاف أدوات الرقابة المستخدمة. أوصت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات التي من شأنها تحسين وتفعيل استخدام أدوات الرقابة ، وتفعيل الدور الرقابي ، وإعطاء السلطة التشريعية مجموعة من الصلاحيات والصلاحيات التي من شأنها زيادة فاعلية الدور الرقابي في مجلس النواب ، وتطويره النوعي. أداء يضمن تنافسيتها مع المركز المتقدم في مؤسسات الدولة السياسية ، وتفعيل كافة وسائل الرقابة البرلمانية مع زيادة دور الدولة.

The present study aimed to identify parliamentary control over the actions of the executive authority in the constitutional system in the Kingdom of Bahrain and compare it with the Egyptian and French constitutional system. Three study used three approaches; inductive, descriptive, analytical and comparative measurement approach. The study concluded that the constitutional regulations differ from one country to another according to the different monitoring tools used. The researcher has recommended a number of recommendations that will improve and activate the use of monitoring tools, activate the supervisory role, and give the legislative authority a set of powers and authorities that will increase the effectiveness of the supervisory role in Parliament, develop its qualitative performance that guarantees its competitiveness with the advanced position in the state's political institutions and activates all means of Parliamentary control with increasing the role of the State
