جاءت الدراسة بعنوان "التفسير القضائي لعقد النقل البحري للبضائع وفق المشرع الإماراتي ركزت فيها على جوانب التفسير المهمة، وتم تقسيمها إلى بابين تناول الباب الأول الأحكام العامة للتفسير القضائي لعقد النقل البحري للبضائع، بينما تناول الباب الثاني على تعميق رؤية القاضي لـ" حقل التفسير نفسه، وبينت الدراسة معالم التفسير وجوانبه المهمة مستمدا هذا البيان من الطريق الذي أقامه المشرع الإماراتي في قانون المعاملات المدنية قواعده وأحكامه، وقد بحثت مواضيع التفسير القضائي على وجه بعيد عن الإيجاز المخل والإسهاب الممل والإحاطة بالجزئيات.
وانتهت الدراسة إلى أن التفسير القضائي لعقد النقل البحري يحتوي تفصيلا دقيقا في ثناياه، مما يجعل البحث عن الإرادة فيه شيء من الأهمية.

The study came under the title "Judicial interpretation of contract of carriage of goods by sea according to UAE legislature".
The study examined important aspects of interpretation, and it
was divided into two chapters. The first chapter dealt with the
general provisions of the Judicial interpretation of contract of carriage of goods by sea, while the second chapter dealt with deepening the judge's vision of the "interpretation" itself. The study showed the features of interpretation and its important angles. This study is derived from the path set by the UAE legislator in the code, its rules and provisions. The study concluded that the Judicial interpretation of contract of carriage of goods by in the maritime law has a huge importance in the maritime transportation contract matters.
