تناولت هذه الأطروحة موضوع القانون الواجب التطبيق على عقد امتلاك وحدة سكنية بنظام اقتسام الوقت/ حيث تم معالجة موضوع الرسالة في بابين سبقهما فصل تمهيدي متضمنًا التعريف بعقود المشاركة الزمنية ذات الطابع الدولي. أما عن الباب الأول من الدراسة فقد تناول تحديد القانون الواجب التطبيق على العقد في فصلين متتابيعن، تناول الفصل الأول: التكييف القانوني لعقد المشاركة الزمنية ذات الطابع الدولي. وفي الباب الثاني: نطاق تطبيق القنون الواجب التطبيق على عقود المشاركة الزمنية فقد اشتمل على فصلين، عالج الفصل الأول منهما: تحديد المسائل التي تدخل في اختصاص القانون الذي يحكم عقد المشاركة الزمنية، في حين تناول الفصل الثاني: المسائل التي تخرج عن اختصاص القانون الذي يحكم عقود المشاركة الزمنية.

This dissertation has dealt with the subject of the law applicable to the contract of owning a housing unit by the time-sharing system. The subject of the dissertation was addressed in two sections preceded by an introductory chapter, including the definition of the law applicable to the contract in two successive chapters. The first chapter dealt whit the legal adaptation of the time-sharing contract, while the second chapter dealt with the rules of distributing legislative jurisdiction regarding time-sharing contracts of an international character. In the second section: the scope of application of the law applicable to time-sharing contracts, it included two chapters, the first of which dealt with determining issues that fall within the jurisdiction of the law governing the time-sharing contract, while the second chapter dealt with issues outside the jurisdiction of the law governing Time Share contracts
