*- الجانب الأول :( عقود البث الفضائى والمسئولية الناشئة عنها ) موضحاً مفهوم المسابقات الرياضية والبث الفضائى , والعقود المنظمة لكل منهما , مع بيان الآثار المترتبة على تلك العقود , استنادا إلى التأصيل القانونى لعقود البث والأحكام العامة لها , والالتزامات المترتبة على تلك العقود , والتكييف القانونى لعقد البث الفضائى وتمييزه عما يشتبه به , والتزامات كل من مالك القمر الصناعى وهيئات البث المتعاقدة معهم , والمسئولية المدنية بنوعيها ( العقدية والتقصيرية ) الناشئة عن هذا العقد , مع تقدير التعويض عن الأضرار الناشئة عن تلك المسئولية *- الجانب الثانى :( حماية البث الفضائى الرياضى بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية ) وهذه الحماية لها شقين , أحدهما تعالج حقوق البث الفضائى بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية الأدبية والفنية , والأخرى تعالج حقوق البث الفضائى بموجب قوانين الملكية الصناعية وقوانين المنافسة المشروعة , وفى هذا نبين الاتفاقيات الدولية والاقليمية والتى لهما دور كبير فى حماية حقوق هذا البث . *- شملت الدراسة أحكام محكمة النقض المصرية ومثيلتها الفرنسية , وأحكام بعض المحاكم الدولية فى المسائل المتعلقة والتى تناولتها تلك الدراسة , كما شملت الدراسة أهم النتائج : " لا يوجد ما يمنع من اندماج النشاط الرياضى فى شكل من أشكال الفن والابداع الفكرى " وفقاً لحكم محكمة العدل الأوروبية فى هذا الخصوص , ومن التوصيات " نوصى المشرع المصرى بتنظيم قانون يمنح البث الفضائى للأحداث الرياضية حقوقاً موازية لحقوق المؤلف , لطبيعتها الفريدة والخاصة " وذلك لمواكبة التطور التكنولوجى , وحماية منظموا تلك الأحداث واستثمارتهم .

The first aspect: (Satellite broadcast contracts and the liability arising from them) explaining the concept of sports competitions and satellite broadcasting, and the contracts regulating each of them, with an indication of the effects of those contracts, based on the legal rooting of broadcast contracts and their general provisions, the obligations arising from those contracts, and adaptation The legal obligations of the satellite broadcasting contract and distinguishing it from what is suspected, the obligations of each of the satellite owners and broadcasting organizations contracting with them, and the two types of civil liability (both contractual and tortuous) arising from this contract, with an estimate of the compensation for the damages arising from that responsibility. *- The second aspect: (protection of sports satellite broadcasting under intellectual property laws) and this protection has two parts, one of which deals with satellite broadcasting rights under literary and artistic intellectual property laws, and the other deals with satellite broadcasting rights under industrial property laws and legitimate competition laws, and in this we indicate international agreements and regionalism, which have a major role in protecting the rights of this broadcast. *- The study included the rulings of the Egyptian Court of Cassation and its French counterpart, and the rulings of some international courts in the related issues that were dealt with in that study. The European Union in this regard, and among the recommendations, "we recommend the Egyptian legislator to organize a law that grants satellite broadcasting of sports events rights parallel to copyright, due to its unique and special nature" in order to keep pace with the technological development, and to protect the organizers of these events and their investments.
