مما لا يَخفَى علَى أَحَد انتشَار الشبهَاتِ علَى الْإسلَامِ بِشكل مَلحوظ دونَ غيرِه من الديَانات: و خَاصة جانِب العقوبَاتِ منه: و لَارَيبَ فى تشويه ذلك مِن صورَةِ الْإسلَامِ و َالمسلمين الْأمر الَّذِى هوَ مِنَ الخطُورَةِ بِمكان لمَا لَه منْ تَأْثِير سَلْبِى سِيَاسى وَ اجتمَاعى: مِن أَجلِ ذلِكَ كلهِ أَعددت هذهِ الرسَالَةَ المَاثلَةَ فقد تحدثت عَن أَهَم الشبهَات الْمثارَةِ حَولَ العقوبَات فى الفقه الْإسلَامى و قَد تَنَاوَلت فِى البِدَايَةِ بَيَانَ مَاهِيةِ العقُوبَاتِ فِى الفقهِ الإِسلَامِى و أَهَمّ خَصَائِصِهَا وَ أَقسَامهَا وَ أَسبَاب سقُوطهَا: ثم تناوَلت أهم الشبهَات الَّتِى تثار حَولَ العقوبات فى الفقه الْإِسلَامى وَ الرَهَ عَلَيهَا منضَويا تحْتَهُ أَهَم الشبهَاِتِ الْعَامَةُ المثَارَةِ حَولَ العقُوبَات فى الفقه الإِسلَامى وَ الرد عَلَيها: ثم أَهم الشبهات الخَاصةِ حَولَ العقُوبَات فِى الفقه الإِسلَامِى وَ الرَد عَلَيْهَا: وَ فِيهِ تنَاوَلت أَهَم الشبهَات علَى الحدودِ: وَ القصَاصِ و الديَة: وَ التعزِيرِ: وَ عَرضِ الردود عَلَى تلكَ الشبهَات بِأُسلوب علمِى مَنطِقى: ثم تناوَلت أهدَافَ مثِيرِى الشبهَات: وَ مَدَى تأْثيرِهَا علَى الواقِع: وَ دورَ العلمَاءِ فى التصَدى لَهَا وَ آلِيات وَ وَسَائِلَ مقَاوَمَة الشبهَات: ثمّ توَجت رِسَالَتِى بِخَاتمَة تناوَلت فِيهَا الحدِيثَ عَن أهم النَتائجِ وَ التوصِيَاتِ الّتِى تَوَصلت إِلَيهَا

It is not hidden that the suspicions on Islam are spread noticeably rather than the other religions; especially the aspect of sanctions. Without any doubt, that distorts the form of Islam and Muslims. This matter is very dangerous because it has a negative effect politically and socially. For all of that, I prepared this research, and dealt with the most important suspicions which are raised around the sanctions in Islamic jurisprudence. At the beginning, I dealt with explaining what the sanctions are in the Islamic jurisprudence, the most important characteristics, the divisions, and the reasons of their dropping. After that, I dealt with the most important suspicions which are raised around the sanctions in Islamic jurisprudence and the responses on them which are divided into: the public suspicions which are raised around the sanctions in Islamic jurisprudence and the responses on them, and the specific suspicions which are raised around the sanctions in Islamic jurisprudence and the responses on them. I dealt with the most important suspicions on "Hudood", "Qisas", "Diyah", "Ta'zir", and I explain the responses on those suspicions in a logical and practical way. After all, I dealt with the goals of who rouse the suspicions, the range of their effects on the reality, the role of the scientists to face all of that, the ways and the means of the resistance of the suspicions. Finally, I crowned my research with a conclusion in which I dealt with the most important results and the recommends which I reached.
