تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد ماهية الاتجار بالبشر: و تقييم مواجهه تشريعيا و ذلك من خلال: إلقاء الضوء على الاتفاقيات و البروتوكولات الدولية الموقعة عليها جمهورية مصر العربية. الوقوف على الأخكام المشتركة و الخاصة بجريمة الاتجار بالبشر عن طريق تحديد هذه الجريمة فى القوانين المنظمة لها و حصرها: و الوقوف على أركانها و مدى ارتباطها بجرائم أخرى: و بيان الجرائم الملحقة بها. بيان مدى فاعلية تشريعات الاتجار بالبشر فى مواجهة الجرائم التى تنظمها: و هل هذه التشريعات كافية من عدمه: و بيان أوجه القصور إن وجدت: و وضع إطار مقترح لها بما يتناسب و ظروف المجتمع المصرى. بيان مدى مسئولية الشخص الطبيعى و المعنوى عند ارتكابه جريمة الاتجار بالبشر. بيان الأحكام الخاصة بحماية المجنى عليهم "الضحايا" فى هذه الجرائم و حقوقهم. أهمية الدراسة: ترتكز الدراسة العلمية فى أهميتها على حيوية الموضوع الذى تتناوله: و المنهج المستخدم: و النتائج التى تنتهى إليها: و تأتى أهمية هذه الدراسة فى إلقاء الضوء على التشريعات المصرية فى مجال الاتجار بالبشر و تقييمها: و الوقوف على الصعوبات التى تحول دون تنفيذ أغلب نصوص القوانين المنظمة لجريمة الاتجار بالبشر: و وضع بعض التوصيات و المقترحات لتطبيق أحكام تلك التشريعات و تفعيلها

Throughout the history mankind has known types of abuse of human dignity, and physical exploitation of human beings and violation, contrary to the status that Almighty God has allocated to human beings. It is well known that our era is witnessing many and various crimes that constitute blatant violation of human rights and serious infringement of human dignity, honor, wellbeing and freedom. Further, it represents illegal exploitation of human beings, kids and women, particularly in prostitution and all other types of sexual abuse, pornography, forced labor, begging, illicit removal of human organs, tissues or part thereof. Furthermore, there appeared organized criminal gangs for trafficking in human beings and these gangs do not hesitate to commit transnational crimes. However, all countries are well aware of this issue and they have started to limit and tackle the same.
At the national level, Egypt has prominent role and contribution with international community to tackle this crime. In this respect, Egypt has positively contributed on all levels to reduce the risks of these crimes. Egypt has acceded to many international and territorial conventions and protocols that provide for protecting human rights and combating any criminal phenomenon pertaining to human dignity and rights. Further, the legislator has added two articles to the Egyptian criminal legislation, viz: the first article has been added to the penal code under No. (291) on suppressing and penalizing all forms of child trafficking, and the second to Child Law under No. (116bis) that has penalized all forms of child sexual abuse, and it has increased the age of girls' marriage. In addition, the Egyptian legislator promulgated Law No. (64) of 2010 on combating human trafficking and many executive resolutions have been issued implementing its provisions. This law has completed other legislative.
