لقد تناولت هذه الدراسة فلسفة نظام الحكم فى كل من اليونان القديم و الإمبراطورية الرومانية العليا: حيث تم تقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى فصل تمهيدى عبارة عن سرد تاريخي لكل من الإمبراطورية اليونانية و الإمبراطورية الرومانية: ثم الباب الأول و هو تناول فلسفة نظام الحكم عند اليونان: و احتوى على الفصل الأول مؤسسات الحكم و اختصاصاتها: ثم الفصل الثانى فكرة الديمقراطية و بلاد اليونان: ثم الباب الثانى و هو بعنوان فلسفة نظام الحكم عند الرومان و تم تقسيمه إلى الفصل الأول فترة الحكم الملكى و الجمهوري و الإمبراطورى: و تم عرض كل فترة فى مبحث مستقل: أما الفصل الثانى فقد تناول مؤسسات الحكم فى كل فترة مع التركيز على العصر الإمبراطورى: أما فى الفصل الثالث فتم مناقشة مدى الاقتراب من فكرة الديمقراطية فى كل فترة مع التركيز على العصر الإمبراطورى: وأخيرًا تم كتابة الخاتمة التي تحتوى على ما تم التوصل إليه من خلال عرض هذه الدراسة
This study deals with the philosophy of the system of government in both Ancient Greece and the Roman Empire. This study was divided into an introductory chapter, a historical account of both the Greek Empire and the Roman Empire.
The first section is the philosophy of the system of government in Greece and contains the first chapter institutions of governance and jurisdiction, and the second chapter the idea of democracy and the country of Greece.
The second section is entitled The philosophy of the system of governance in the Romans and was divided into the first chapter of the monarchy, republican and imperial, and each period was presented in a separate study, while the second chapter dealt with the institutions of governance in each period with a focus on the imperial era.
In the third chapter, we discussed the extent to which the idea of democracy was approached in each period with a focus on the imperial era. Finally, the conclusion containing the findings was written by presenting this study.
