لا تختلف الاسس التي تقوم عليها الشرعية الثورية عن تلك التي تأسست عليها الشرعية الدستورية، حيث ان كلاهما تخرج من مشكاة واحدة وهي السيادة الشعبية، وتسعى كلاهما إلى غاية واحده هي حفظ الحقوق والحريات. ومن هنا لم تسعى هذه الدراسة الى ايجاد مبررات تجيز قيام الحركات الثورية العربية، وانما حاولت ابراز المثالب والسلبيات التي وقعت فيها تلك النظم الحاكمة وكيف اهترت شرعيتها في الفترة السابقة واللاحقة لظهور الربيع العربي كما تتبع البحث تلك الحركات من خلال التعمق في حقيقة الثورات واسبابها ومراحلها والآثار التي نجمت عنها من جوانب متعددة، بغرض الاستفادة من هذه التجربة الديمقراطية، ولسد الثغرات الدستورية والقانونية التي قد تؤدي لعودة الحركات الثورية مجدداً، كلما تفاقم إهدار الحقوق والحريات المختلفة داخل اطار الدولة القانونية، مع ما يصاحبها من فوضى وعدم
استقرار لأنظمة الحكم والمجتمع.

Principles that revolutionary legitimacy is based on do not differ from the principles of constitutional legítimacy.as both of them arise from the same source, which is public sovereignty.. Each of them aims to the reach the same purpose of preserving. the rights and freedoms. Hence, this study did not aim to find justifications for Arab revolutionary movements, but tried to Illustrate disadvantages and cons of those regimes and how their. legitimacy has been eroded during the period before and after the emergence of Arab Spring. Research also traced these moves through digging in the truth beyond revolutions, its reasons, phases and its results from several aspects; in order to benefit: from this democratic experience and to bridge constitutional and 4. legal gabs that could lead to the return of these revolutionary movements again the greater the waste of various rights and freedoms within the framework of the legal state with the attendance of chaos and instability of government and society systems.
