تناولت الدراسة بيان الحدود والضوابط القانونية لنقل وزراعة الأعضاء البشرية بين الأحياء: ومن الموتى إلى الأحياء: وذلك في ضوء التنظيمات القانونية المعاصرة "دراسة مقارنة في ضوء التشريع المصري الجديد رقم 5 لسنة 2010م بشأن تنظيم زرع الأعضاء البشرية". كما تناولت الدراسة شرحًا لأركان المسئولية المدنية للأطباء في مجال زراعة الأعضاء وعلى وجه الخصوص ركن الخطأ الذي يحظى بأهمية كبرى في مجال المسئولية المدنية بصفة عامة وفي مجال زراعة الأعضاء بصفة خاصة؛ حيث يرتبط الخطأ في هذا النوع من العمليات بمجموعة من الضوابط والشروط الطبية جعلته يتسم بخصوصية تميزه عن المفهوم التقليدي للخطأ في مجال المسئولية المدنية بصفة عامة. كما استهدفت الدراسة محاولة التوفيق بين العمل الطبي أو في معنى آخر بين الضرورة الطبية وبين تعويض المضرور من أجل بسط الحماية لكل من الطبيب والمريض: وذلك بوضع أساس جديد للمسئولية تقوم على أساس موضوعي يمكن تسميتها بمسئولية ضمان: وهذه الأخيرة قد تقلل كثيرًا عدد القضايا التي ترفع من المرضى على الأطباء

The Study dealt with the limits and the standards for the organ transplantation among the living, and from the dead to the living, this is in the light of the Contemporary Legal Regulations "A comparative study in the light of the new Egyptian legislation No. 5 of 2010 on the regulation of organ transplantation".
The study also explained the elements of the civil responsibility of doctors in the field of organ transplantation, and in particular the mistake element that has a great importance in the field of civil liability, in general and in organ transplantation in particular. In this type of operations, the mistake is linked to a set of medical standards and conditions, which distinguished it from the traditional concept of mistake in the field of civil liability in general.
In addition, the Study represents an attempt to reconcile the medical work, or in other words between the medical necessity and the compensation of the injured, in order to extend protection for both the doctor and the patient, by developing a new basis for the responsibility, based on the substantive basis, which may be referred to as "Guarantee Responsibility". The latter type of responsibility may decrease the number of cases, filed by patients vis-à-vis the doctors.
