تناولت موضوع البحث من الناحية العملية عن الجريمة الإرهابية وطرق مواجهتها تشريعياُ وإجراء تحليل للنصوص التجريمية التي تعاقب عليها: ومساهمات التشريعات الأجنبية المقارنة من خلال الأنظمة القانونية الدولية ورصد أبعاده في مصر وبعض الدول العربية: وتحليل قضايا التمويل لتجفيف منابعه. ولقد قسمت الرسالة إلى قسمين : وكل قسم يحتوى على بابين : ويسبقهما مقدمة وفصل تمهيدي: ويتلوهما خاتمة والنتائج المستخلصة من الرسالة: ثم التوصيات. وثبت من الدراسة وجود اتفاق بين كافة الدول علي خطورة الإرهاب وضرورة التصدي له: ووجود تباين بين غالبية التشريعات في أسلوب تجريمها وانه ليس بالتشريعات وحدها يواجه الإرهاب. بجانب عدم التوصل بين دول العالم لتعريف واضحاً للإرهاب. وكذلك وجود دول تدعم الإرهاب وترعاه . براءة الإسلام من الإرهاب لفرضة عقوبات جسيمة علي المحاربين

The study dealt from the practical side the terrorist crime and how we can confront it through legislatively side. This study analyzes the experimental texts that penalize it, and share the comparative foreign legislations through international legal systems. Then this study is monitoring the dimensions of this crime in Egypt, in some Arab countries and analyzes funding issues to dry its sources.
The letter has been divided into two sections, each section containing two chapters, preceded by an introduction, a preliminary chapter, followed by a conclusion, the conclusions drawn from the letter, and recommendations.
It is clear from the study that there is agreement among all countries on the seriousness of terrorism. All countries need to address it, the existence of a difference between the majorities of legislation in the method of criminalization. It is not the only legislation facing terrorism. As well as the lack of a clear definition of terrorism among the countries of the world. As well as the existence of States that support and sponsor terrorism.
In the end of this study, we see in clear way the innocence of Islam from terrorism. Islam forced a serious penalty for warriors.
