تناولت الدراسة جرائم الاتجار بالبشر في إطار الاتفاقيات والمواثيق الدولية والقانون الداخلي، فألقت الضوء على القانون رقم ٦٤ لسنة ٢٠١٠ الخاص بمكافحة ومنع الاتجار بالبشر، والقانون رقم 5 لسنة ۲۰۱۰ الخاص بتنظيم زرع الأعضاء
البشرية، بالإضافة إلى القوانين المقارنة لبعض الدول العربية والأجنبية. بدأت بعرض تاريخ العبودية ونشأتها وصولاً إلى الجرائم المستحدثة التي نشهدها اليوم، موضحة ماهية تلك الجرائم ومسبباتها سواء كان الفقر أو الجهل أو انعدام الفرص المتكافئة للتنمية باعتبار أن هذه الأسباب هي من أهم العوامل التي تجعل الأفراد أكثر عرضة للوقوع كضحايا للاتجار، ومن جانب آخر أوضحت الدراسة مظاهر خطورة الاتجار بالبشر على الفرد والمجتمع، وأبرزت التداخل ما بين الإرهاب والاتجار
بالبشر.

The study dealt with human being trafficking crimes in the framework of international agreements, charters and domestic law, shedding light on Law No. 64 of 2010 on combating and preventing trafficking in human beings, and Law No. 5 of 2010 on the organization of human organ transplants, as well as comparison to some Arab and foreign countries laws.
The study started with display the history of slavery and its inception up to the developed crimes that we see today, explaining the nature of these crimes and their causes, whether poverty or ignorance or lack of equal opportunities for development given that these reasons are the most important factors that make individuals more vulnerable to fall as victims of trafficking, on the other hand the study explained signs of seriousness of human trafficking on both the individual and society, and highlighted the overlap between terrorism and human being trafficking.
