لقد قمت بعرض الحالة السياسية والقانونية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية فى عهد الخلفاء الراشدين وقد قسمت هذا البحث الى ستة ابواب : الباب الاول مقسم الى عدة فصول ومباحث ومطالب تناولت من خلالهم الناحية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية: القانونية وتناولت دولة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم: والمنهج الاسلامى وتميزه وطبيعته الدينية ومبادئ الحرية والمساواة والشورى فى عهده صلى الله عليه وسلم والمؤاخاه والحالة السياسية والاجتماعية والقانونية فى عهده صلى الله عليه وسلم : وتناولت الخلافه الاسلامية معناها ونشأتها والشروط الواجب توافرها فى الخليفةوتناولت الخلفاء الراشدين بداية من كيفية اختيار الخليفة الى التفصيل عن كل خليفة والاحوال السياسية والاقتصادية والقانونية والاجتماعية لكل خليفة على حدى بداية من الخليفة الاول ابو بكر الصديق رضى الله عنه وعمر بن الخطاب رضى الله عنه وعثمان بن عفاف رضى الله عنه وعلى بن ابى طالب رضى الله عنه.

I have offered political, legal, economic and social situation in the era of the Caliphs
This research has been divided into six sections: the first section is divided into Several chapters and sections and demands
It addressed through them the economic and social point of view, legal and addressed and state of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and curriculum and the Islamic distinguish religious nature and the principles of freedom, equality, Shura in the custody of (Peace be upon him) and fraternity and political, social and legal situation in his reign (Peace be upon him)
And it dealt with as well as the Islamic caliphate origins and meaning - and conditions to be met in the Caliph, and addressed the Caliphs the beginning of how to choose the Caliph to detail all Who holds the Caliphate political, economic, legal and social conditions of each Who are they separately beginning of the first Caliph Abu Bakr, may God bless him and Omar bin al-Khattab, may God bless him Othman bin Affan and Ali bin Abi Talib.
