تناولتْ هذه الرسالة الأحكام المتعلقة بالأجنة المتلاصقة في الفقه الإسلامي والطب الحديث وذلك للارتفاع المتزايد في حالات الأجنة المتلاصقة في هذا العصر وكثرة الأسباب المؤدية إلي حدوثه : واجتهادا منا في بيان ما وَضَعَ لهم الشرع الحنيف من سبل متناسبة مع قدرتهم البدنية تُبّينُ سماحة هذا الدين القيم وإثبات أن الشريعة الإسلامية صالحة لكل زمان ومكان: وذلك من خلال بيان الأحكام المتعلقة بهم في الفقه الإسلامي والطب الحديث: فقد تناولتُ في تلك الرسالة حقيقة تلاصق الأجنة في الفقه الإسلامي والطب الحديث وأنواع هذا التلاصق و أسبابه : وبينت فيها بعض الأحكام المتعلقة برعاية الجنين في الفقه الإسلامي والطب الحديث بصفه عامه ورعاية الأجنة المتلاصقة في الفقه الإسلامي والطب الحديث بصفة خاصة: وبينت أيضا فيها بعض الأحكام المتعلقة بعبادتهم وبحياتهم الشخصية ومدي مشروعية إجراء عمليات فصلهم في الفقه الإسلامي والطب الحديث ومسؤولية الطبيب عن الخطاء عند إجراء عمليات فصلهم : ومن هنا فإن الأجنة المتلاصقة حظيت برعاية بالغة سواء كان ذلك في الفقه الإسلامي منذ عهد الصحابة (رضوان الله عليهم جميعاً) أو في الطب القديم والحديث معاً ببحث سبل كيفية إجراء عمليات الفصل لهم وتخفيف الألم عنهم: حتى يعلموا أنهم طائفة غير مهملة ومثلهم مثل أي إنسان مكلف ملتزم بأحكام الشرع ومنها العبادات ولكن رحمة الله تعالي أن التكليف علي قدر الاستطاعة: فأردت الاجتهاد والكشف عن الأحكام المتعلقة بهم في الفقه الإسلامي والطب الحديث للاستفادة منها وتطبيقها علي تلك الطائفة : وفي ختام بحثي هذا لا يسعني إلا أن أسجد لله شكراً أن أنعم علينا بنعمة الإيمان والانتساب لهذا الدين العظيم: وأرجو من الله العلي القدير أن يلقي بحثي هذا رضا الله تعالى والقبول لدى أساتذتي الكرام: والمسلمين: وأسال الله العليم أن يعُمَّ نفعُه أمةَ الإسلام خاصة والبشرية عامة.

This theme handles - deals with the judgments of the conjoined fetuses (embryos) in Islamic Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence) and modern medicine because the high increasing of cases of the adhesion fetuses in this age and the many reasons which causing of these cases. And as a diligence by me to describe what the right and straight religion has been put the suitable methods for their physical abilities. which showing the tolerance of the right and straight Islamic religion and proving that the Islamic Sharea is fiting to all places and times through reporting the judgments of the adhesion fetuses in the Islamic Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence) and modern medicine.
In this theme. I dealt with the true of adhesion of fetuses in the Islamic Fiqh (legality judgments) and modern medicine and types and causes of these adhesion. I showed some of the judgments that related with caring of the fetus in the Islamic Fiqh (legality judgments) and modern medicine. generally and specially caring the adhesion fetuses. I showed some of the judgments that related with their devotions and their personality life and the legal extend of doing the processes of separating them in the Islamic Fiqh (legality judgments) and modern medicine and the responsibility of doctor about the faults when the processes of separating.
Therefore the adhesion fetuses took a greet part of caring in the Islamic Fiqh since the age of the Companions of Prophet Mohamed (Contentment of God) or old and modern medicine to study the ways of how to do the processes of separating and relieve pains for them and knows that they are non- neglected sect or group and they are alike as any human being. burdened and committed by the Sharea rules as devotions. but the mercy of God on his slaves is to be the burdened as much as possible. So. I wanted to try hard and discover the related judgments of them in the Islamic Fiqh and modern medicine to be benefiting and applying on this sect.
Finally, in the end of my research. I must pray for God because his grace of faith and our belong to that great religion and I hope from God. to satisfy this research and agreeing from my honorable teachers. Moslems. and asking God to spread its benefit on Islamic Nations specially and generally all of the human being.
