أوضحت من خلال البحث مراحل التعاملات المالية بين أفراد المجتمع منذ العصور القديمة حتى عصرنا الحديث بداية من ظهور المعادن والمسكوكات ثم الأوراق النقدية والعملة والبنوك: ثم استخدام وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية الحديثة (البطاقات الإئتمانية) نتيجة لاستخدام التقنية الحديثة والتكنولوجيا فى التعاملات المالية فى وقتنا المعاصر: ونظرا لزيادة مُعدلات الجرائم المالية من خلال الحاسب الآلى والبطاقات الإلكترونية عن طريق التعسف أو الاستخدام غير المشروع لبطاقات الأئتمان وعن طريق تزويرها أو سرقتها من الغير مما يمثل تهديدا حقيقيا على الاقتصاد الفردى والاقتصاد القومى : فأوضحت من خلال البحث كيفية مواجهة هذه الجرائم تشريعيا وقضائيا وأمنيا بما ينعكس بالإيجاب على الإستقرار الاقتصادى بمصر.

I have made it clear through research stages of financial transactions between members of society since ancient times until the beginning of the modern era of the emergence of metals and coins.
Then the banknotes and currency, banking, and then use modern electronic means of payment (credit cards) as a result of the use of modern technology and technology in financial dealings in our contemporary.
In view of the increasing rates of financial crimes through computer electronic cards through abuse or illicit use of credit cards and through forged or stolen from others, which represents a real threat to the individual economy national economy, I have made it clear through research how to deal with such crimes, including legislative and judicial and security reflected positively on the economic stability of Egypt.
