لقد زادت أهميه بحث المسئولية القانونية الناشئة عن تهدم المباني والانشاءات، وما يترتب عليها من التزامات واثار قانونية ، وكيفية الحد من هذه المخاطر واثارها، وتعويض الاضرار الناشئة عنها، وتأمين اخطارها. وعلية فإن دراسة المسئولية المدنية للمشيد في القانون المصري والقانون الفرنسي بالمقارنة مع النظام السعودي لها أهمية موضوعية كبيرة. وذلك من حيث وضع نظريه عامة لعناصر هذه المسئولية ونظامها القانون، أثناء مرحلة التشييد أو خلال مرحلة التسليم والتسلم، وكذلك فترة الضمان العشري، والتأمين الإجباري منها.
وقد توصلنا بفضل من الله وتوفيقه إلى عدة نتائج وتوصيات. تم التركيز فيها على وضع النظام السعودي، وطرح الحلول المقترحة لذلك.
