تناولت الدارسة " التنظيم الإداري للسلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية في فلسطين منذ عام 1994 - 2011: مبينا الأسلوب الإداري المتبع فيها منذ إنشائها حتى تاريخ كتابة البحث أي ما يقارب عقدان من الزمن: اتبعت بالدارسة المنهج الوصفي المقارن: والتحليلي االستقارئي: قسمت الدارسة إلى بابين سبقهما مبحث تمهيدى بعنوان " التنظيم الإداري في فلسطين قبل إنشاء السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية " الباب األول: " تشكيل وأعضاء سلطة التنظيم الإداري المركزي في السلطة " وقسم الباب لثلاثة فصول: الأول: رئاسة السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية " وقسم لأربعة مباحث : أما الفصل الثاني: رئيس مجلس الوزارء في أراضي السلطة الوطنية و حكومته قسم لأربعة مباحث: أما الفصل الثانى: رئيس مجلس الوزراء فى أراضى السلطة الوطنية و حكومته قسم لخمسة مباحث: أما الفصل الثالث: بعنوان المحافظ فى أراضى السلطة الوطنية و قسم الفصل لأربعة مباحث .

The study focused on "administrative organization of the Palestinian National Authority in Palestine since 1994 2011 Indicating practice management style which since its inception until the date of writing any search nearly two decades, the study followed a descriptive approach comparative, analytical and inductive, the study was divided into two sections preceded Study of Pre-called "administrative organization in Palestine before the establishment of the Palestinian National Authority The first chapter: "The formation of the members of the Central Administrative Management Authority in power," and the Department of the door to the three chapters: The first president of the Palestinian National Authority, "and a section of four sections: The second chapter: the Prime Minister in the territory of the Palestinian National Authority and the government department for five Investigation, Chapter III: "entitled conservative in the territory of the Palestinian National Authority," and a section of chapter four topics.
