تتناول هذه الدراسة التنظيم القانونى لشركات الوساطة في سوق الأوراق المالية،
في فصلين، يسبقهما فصل تمهيدى عن ماهية شركات الوساطة في الأوراق المالية، ويبين الفصل الأول البناء القانونى لشركات الوساطة في سوق الأوراق المالية، ووضحنا خلاله شروط اكتساب الشركة صفة وسيط الأوراق المالية، ثم تناولنا الهيئات الرقابية على شركات الوساطة في سوق الأوراق المالية، في كل من السوق المالي السعودي والمصرى و الفرنسي. وأخيرا الفصل الثاني فقد تناولنا فيه حقوق والتزامات شركة الوساطة في ظل قوانين سوق رأس المال والقانون التجارى فى كل من النظام السعودي والمصرى والفرنسي.

This study deals with "legal regulation of the brokerage firms in the securities market". It consists of two chapters preceded by an introductory chapter on the identification of the brokerage companies in terms of securities. The first chapter indicates the legal structure of the brokerage companies in the stock market and the conditions required for a company to acquire the characteristic of the stock market broker, then it's been dealt with the controlling authorities over the brokerage companies in the stock market within the Saudi, Egyptian and French stock market. Finally, in the second chapter, it's been dealt with the rights and liabilities of the brokerage company under the laws of the stock market and the commercial law within Saudi. Egyptian and French system.
