موضوع الرسالة السياسة الجنائية في مكافحة الجريمة الإلكترونية ، تتطرق الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على خطورة الجريمة الإلكترونية الناشئة عن ارتكابها بواسطة استغلال وسائل التقنية الحديثة ، فالمشكلة الحقيقية لا تتمثل في وسائل التقنية الحديثة، بل تكمن في العجز عن ملاحقة من يسيء استخدام تلك الوسائل بارتكاب جرائم لا تترك في الغالب أثراً مادياً وراءها، وتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على موقف المشرع المصري في مكافحة تلك الجريمة من الناحية الموضوعية والإجرائية من خلال تناول أهم صور الجرائم الإلكترونية، والعقوبات المقررة لها، وكذلك التعرض لمراحل الدعوى الجنائية بدءاً من مرحلة جمع الاستدلالات وصولاً المرحلة المحاكمة، وأهمية التعاون الدولي لمكافحة تلك الجريمة

Subject of the thesis: Criminal policy in combating cybercrime. The
study aims to shed light on the seriousness of this crime arising from the exploitation of modern technological means to commit it. The real problem is not represented by modern technological means, but rather lies in the inability to prosecute those who misuse these means by committing crimes. It does not often leave a material trace behind it, and the study aims to identify the position of the Egyptian legislator in combating this crime from an objective and procedural standpoint. By examining the most important forms of cybercrimes and the penalties prescribed for them, as well as exposing the stages of the criminal case, starting from the stage of collecting evidence up to the trial stage, and the importance of international cooperation to combat this crime
