تدور الدراسة حول دور الهيئات المساعدة للسلطة القضائية في تحقيق العدالة ويتمثل دور هذه الهيئات المساعدة بالمحاكم في تقريب العدالة الإجرائية من جمهور المتقاضين ؛ حيث أصبحت هذه العدالة - الإجرائية - هي المقصد المنشود ؛ فالعدالة
الناجزة تساعد على تركيز الخصومة ووصول الحق إلى طالبيه بسرعة ويسر .
وقد بات دور هذه الهيئات المساعدة ذا أهمية قصوى في تحقيق العدالة فهي تشكل المساحة الكبرى في إدارة العدالة ( الإدارة القضائية ؛ ولهذا قامت الدراسة ببحث طبيعة وأنواع هذه الهيئات المساعدة ( الممثلة بهيئة قلم الكتاب وهيئة قلم المحضرين وهيئة قلم أمناء السر وهيئة معاوني قاضي التنفيذ ( من حيث نظامها القانوني وتنظيمها الإداري وكذلك نشاطها الوظيفي في جميع مراحل الدعوى وبعد صدور
