The legal system of securities depository and central registry Company in the Egyptian capital market study has been divided by the researcher into three parts.
Part one deals with the formation of the depository & central registry company. Part two deals with the depository and the central registry activities as the main activities of the company.
The company has many obligations where it is considered as a trader because it is Stock Joint Venture Company. Also it has private obligations as it is the sole clearing house in Egypt.
The researcher has dealt also with the basics, effects and guarantees of the civil liability of the company. The third part deals with the commitments and obligations of the Central Depository and Registry Company.
