We dealt with the research subject concerning the criminal confrontation of the terrorism in the<br/>light of the objective and procedural rules of the internal-international law (comparative study), in a preliminary chapter and other two parts: in the preliminary chapter we dealt with the definition of the terroristic crime either its origins and its essence or it legal formation, moreover, the first chapter is specified for the national confrontation against the terrorism, and the second chapter is dedicated for the criminal confrontation against the international terrorism The subjects of the thesis were divided as the following: preliminary chapter: Definition of the terroristic crime, through it we have treated the origin of the terrorism and the concept of the terroristic crime" essence of terrorism" .and the legal nature of the terroristie crime, moreover the legal construction of the terroristic crime.<br/>First Chapter: the national criminal confrontation of the terrorism, through it we treated three chapter: the first chapter: the criminal confrontation against the terrorism in the legislation of Emirates" the second chapter: the criminal confrontation against the terrorism in the legislation of Egypt " the second chapter: the criminal confrontation against the terrorism in the legislation of France", and the second chapter the criminal confrontation of the international terrorism, through it we treated the definition of the international terrorism, its aspects, its motifs and its effects, in addition, the international cooperation un the field of terrorism confrontation, the first chapter deals with the definition of the international terrorism and its aspects, and motifs, through it we treated the definition of the international confrontation and the aspects of the international terrorism and the cause, motifs, of the international terrorism, and, the effects of the international terrorism, finally, the obstacles of the international cooperation in the field of terrorism confrontation, and we followed it by an end, moreover the most important recommendations, in addition of the most significant references either the Arabic references, or the foreigner references.<br/>The researcher has recommended the following: First: we recommend the emirate legislator of reviewing of the decree No(1) of the year 2004, concerning the fighting against the terroristic crimes, whereas, there are much legal texts which still need a modifications.<br/>Second: the necessity of imposing a general definition of the terrorism,in view of the fact of that there is no uniform definition of the terrorism, that can obstacle the international efforts of fighting against the terrorism, from a side, and create a confusion between the terrorism and t other similar phenomena, that may be legal, and legitimate in itself, as the legitimate Self- defense, and the nations rights of deeiding their future, moreover, the legitimate resistance against the occupancy.<br/>Third: formulation of an international punishment law that can confront with its texts theses<br/>Contradictive strategies of the different national legislations which can be an obstacle before<br/>the international efforts, in addition, if the international community recognized the<br/>international criminal court as a judicial mean which guarantees the criminal pursuit for<br/>prevent that terrorists may escape from the punishment |
