The banking profession that is practiced by the trading banks generally and the investing banks especially is witnessing now a days great development in their activities and means because of her direct tangency with economical life action, because of that the trading function of the banks is not limited on practicing the principles of the banking profession in her traditional form which is no more than being a bank which is an agent between the lender and borrower, achieving profits as an financial institution, and the banks according to the concept of her traditional work is practicing the credit operations that are dictated by the commercial law.<br/>But the banking development in most of the world states lead the trading banks to implement some banking operation did not know before like investing the deposits of the clients funds, these banks becomes more spread and dealer with clients, playing a substantial role in presenting more developed services, where it submit new fields, substitutes and variety of option in front of them about how managing their funds and properties, giving them more amount of profiting by investing them for them decreased or reduced, facilitating on getting periodical services, depo9sing instead of them in their shares, bonds, getting their profits, and registering their ownership.<br/>The new role of the investing banks is distinguished by being a investment trustee managing the financial securities folders consisting it by itself, or managing for the benefit of other investment trustee like investment companies or common investment funds or investing association, these folders consists of shares financial bonds.<br/>The investment banks is investing the client funds by conducting contracts knowing by the financial banking investment activity, which could identified from the financial side by using the investment banking for their surplus funds supposing to get an interest for a period of time and through this operation, the banks use the deposited funds by transforming them into financial securities represented in bonds and shares that make income with great degree of interest.<br/>In most cases, the clients organize contracts to invest these funds in banks against giving the client investment checks, where the banks receive these funds for trading for the benefit of client, and investing these funds in different fields (financial securities- landed folders-industrial projects... etc).<br/>The most important features distinguishing the banking investment of general impress where the bank invest his funds in projects for public use drawing a way from the financial range with the accounting impress, where the investing banks present funds to markets to activate, and increase circulating money in trading. |
