| Summary, etc. | تناولت الدراسة موضوع الحماية المدنية للمضرور من حوادث المركبات الآلية في ظل القانون المصري والقانون الليبي، وقسمت الدراسة لمبحث تمهيدي خصص لتوضيح تطور الحماية المدنية للمضرور من حوادث المركبات الآلية، وفصلين رئيسيين: خصص الأول منهما لبيان "حماية المضرور من حوادث المركبات الآلية وفقاً للقواعد العامة في المسئولية المدنية"، والثاني لبيان "حماية المضرور وفقاً لقانون التأمين الإجباري من المسئولية المدنية الناشئة عن حوادث المركبات الآلية".<br/>وانتهت الدراسة إلى أن المشرع المصري كان أكثر حرصاً من المشرع الليبي على توفير الحماية للمضرورين من حوادث المركبات الآلية، وذلك لتنظيمه وسائل الحصول على التعويض مثل التسوية الودية التي جعلها إجبارية، وكذالك الدعوة المباشرة والتي نظم أحكامها بشكل واضح وصريح، وأيضا قرر إنشاء صندوق حكومي للتعويضات لتغطية الأضرار الناتجة عن حوادث المركبات الآلية في بعض الحالات غير المشمولة بالتغطية التأمينية. |

| Summary, etc. | The study on the topic civil protection for the injured person from motor vehicle accidents, under Egyptian law and Libyan law, and divided the study (The Preliminary) allocated to illustrate the evolution of civil protection for the injured person from motor vehicle accidents, two major components: a devoted the first of them to show the "protection of the injured from motor vehicle accidents, according to the rules in general civil liability", the second statement to" protect the injured, according to the law of compulsory insurance arising from motor vehicle accidents, civil liability".<br/>The study concluded that the Egyptian legislature was more eager than the Libyan legislator to provide protection for those affected by motor vehicle accidents, so as to regulate the means of obtaining compensation such amicable settlement, which make it mandatory, and also to direct the call and that the provisions of systems in a clear and explicit, and also decided to establish a government compensation fund to cover damages resulting from motor vehicle accidents in some cases not covered by insurance coverage. |
