| Summary, etc. | وقد تمت بلورة كثير من المبادئ العامة المنظمة للملكية الفكرية في القوانين الوطنية والسوابق القضائية والاتفاقات الدولية، ولكن التقدم التقني المتسارع الخطى والعولمة التي تنظم العالم اليوم, وتبادل المنافع بين الدول والشعوب, وما ينشأ عن المنافع الناجمة عن هذا النشاط الإنساني المستمر يجعل حماية الملكية الفكرية أمرًا ضروريًا ويقتضي تطويرًا لمفهوم الحماية في النطاق الوطني والدولي للقوانين المتعلقة به خاصة عبر شبكة الإنترنت وتبسيط إجراءات تلك الحماية. وبناءً على ذلك فقد تم تقسيم هذا البحث إلى قسمين، نتحدث فيه عن مدى الحماية القانونية المكفولة لحق المؤلف عبر الانترنت من خلال ثلاثة أبواب. أما القسم الثاني نتكلم فيه عن المسئولية المدنية المترتبة على الاعتداء على حقوق المؤلف عبر الانترنت، ثم بعد ذلك انتهينا بخاتمة عرضنا فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات المقترحة. |

| Summary, etc. | The guest crystallizing many of the general principles of the organization of intellectual property in national laws and jurisprudence and international agreements, but technical progress and the accelerated pace of globalization that govern the world today, the exchange of benefits between States and peoples, and the benefits to be derived from this humanitarian activity of making the protection of intellectual property rights is necessary and requires further development of the concept of protection in national and international laws relating to, especially through the Internet to simplify the procedures for such protection. Accordingly was divided this research into two sections, to speak about the extent of the legal protection of the rights of copyright over the Internet through three sections. Section II talking about civil responsibility for the consequences of the abuse of the rights of the author via the Internet, and then we finished our conclusion is one of the most important results and recommendations proposed. |
