| Summary, etc. | المعالجة الإشكالية المطروحة في مقدمة دراستنا لموضوع الالتزام بالإعلام في عقود التجارة الإلكترونية" لذا تناولنا هذا الموضوع من خلال التبويب الآتي :<br/>فصل تمهيدي تناولنا فيه عقود التجارة الإلكترونية بشكل عام ، ثم قسمنا دراستنا إلى بابين ، تناولنا في الباب الأول مفهوم الالتزام بالإعلام في عقود التجارة الإلكترونية ، وقسمنا هذا الباب إلى فصلين، فتطرقنا في الفصل الأول إلى ماهية الالتزام بالإعلام ، أما الفصل الثاني فقد تطرقنا فيه إلى الطبيعة القانونية للإلتزام بالإعلام في عقود التجارة الإلكترونية ، وفي الباب الثاني فقد تناولنا إثبات الالتزام بالإعلام في عقود التجارة الإلكترونية وآليات حمايته ، ثم قسمنا هذا الباب إلى فصلين وتطرقنا في الفصل الأول إلى وسائل إثبات الالتزام بالإعلام في عقود التجارة الإلكترونية ، ثم تطرقنا في الفصل الثاني إلى المسؤولية المترتبة على الإخلال بالالتزام بالإعلام ، وقد أنتهت دراستنا للالتزام بالإعلام في عقود التجارة الإلكترونية ببعض النتائج والتوصيات . |

| Summary, etc. | To treat the problem provided in the introduction of our study of the subject matter "Compliance with Informing As For E.Commerce Contracts", we have addressed this subject matter through the following Layout:<br/>An Introductory Chapter in which we handled the e. Commerce Contracts in general. Then, we divided our study into two parts: In Part One, we addressed the Concept of Compliance with informing as for the e. Commerce Contracts and we divided this part into two chapters: In Chapter One, we handled what Compliance with informing is. But in Chapter Two, we showed the Legat nature of Compliance with informing as for the e. Commerce Contracts. In Part Two, we handled the evidence of Compliance with informing as for the e. Commerce Contracts and the mechanisms of protecting it. Then, we divided this part into two chapters and handled in Chapter One the methods of evidencing Compliance with informing as for the e. Commerce Contracts. Then, we showed in Chapter Two the liability resulting from the breach of Compliance with informing. Our study of Compliance with informing as for the e. Commerce Contracts ended in some results and recommend ations. |
