| Summary, etc. | انطلقت فكرة هذه الرسالة من الأهمية البالغة لمسألة حماية المؤمن له بالنسبة لتطور التأمين عموما، ذلك أن مدى وجود حماية للمؤمن له يرتبط إلى حد كبير بمدى وجود وعي تأميني لدى أفراد الدولة، هذا الوعي الذي يعتمد على مدى ثقة هؤلاء الأفراد بجدوى عقود التأمين التي يبرموها، وكلاهما الوعي التأميني وثقة الأفراد بجدوى هذه العقود لازمان لنمو هذا القطاع وتطوره .<br/>ذلك أنه بغياب حماية المؤمن له أو بضعفها، فلن يكون التأمين قادرا على تحقيق أهدافه التي شرع من أجلها، سواء ما اتصل بتحقيق الأمان والاطمئنان، أو بتحقيق الائتمان عند تجميع رؤوس الأموال المتحصلة من أقساط التأمين . |

| Summary, etc. | The idea of this thesis is based on the great importance of the question of providing protection to the insured person, With regard of the development of the insurance generally. Because the status of lacking protection is bounded to great extend to the existence of consciousness of the insurance by the individuals of the state. This consciousness depends on the degree that these individuals feel towards the benefit of insurance contracts they endorse. Both of consciousness and the individuals' trust in the benefits of these contracts is necessary for the growth and development of this section.<br/>The absence of or weakness of the protection that given to the insured, leads to inability of the insurance to achieve its aims and objects that it is imposed for. these objects include both of achieving the security and assurance, and achieving the entrusting when batching capitals which collected from the shares of insurance. |
