| Summary, etc. | تناول البحث موضوعاً هاماً من الموضوعات القديمة المتجددة، والتي أثارت عدداً من الإشكاليات القانونية؛ نظراً لما تشهده الدول الآن من اضطرابات سياسية، وما قد يتنتج عنها من أعمال شغب وارهاب متدثرة بالبواعث السياسية المحركة لها.<br/>فتناولت الدراسة موضوع الجريمة السياسية من خلال فصل تمهيدي وبابين عرضنا في الفصل التمهيدي للتطور التاريخي للجريمة السياسية.<br/>وفي الباب الأول تناولنا تعريف الجريمة السياسية وتمييزها عن غيرها من الجرائم الأخرى المشابهة لها، مثل الجرائم الإرهابية وجريمة محاولة قلب نظام الحكم، وجريمتي التظاهر والتجمهر، فعرضنا لكل جريمة من هذه الجرائم بالشرح والتحليل وبيان الأركان المكونة لها.<br/>وفي الباب الثاني، تناولنا الجانب الإجرائي لموضوع الدراسة، وذلك من خلال بيان ضمانات المجرم السياسي بداية من مرحلة جمع الإستدلالات مروراً بمرحلة التحقيق وانتهاء بمرحلة المحاكمة.<br/>وانتهت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج والتوصيات |

| Summary, etc. | The research dealt with an important topic of old and renewed issues, which raised a number of legal problems; In view of the political turmoil that countries are witnessing now, and the riots and terrorism that may result from them, they are covered by the political motives driving them.<br/>The study dealt with the subject of political crime through an introductory chapter and two chapters. In the introductory chapter, we presented the historical development of political crime.<br/>In the first chapter, we discussed the definition of political crime and its distinction from other crimes similar to it, such as terrorist crimes, the crime of attempting to overthrow the government, and the crimes of demonstration and assembly. We presented each of these crimes with explanation, analysis, and a statement of its constituent elements.<br/>In the second chapter, we addressed the procedural aspect of the subject of the study, by explaining the guarantees for the political criminal, starting from the stage of gathering evidence, through the investigation stage, and ending with the trial stage.<br/>The study concluded with several results and recommendations |
