| Summary, etc. | تشهد مهنة التمريض تطورا ملحوظا، حيث أصبح الممرض عنصرًا أساسيا في تقديم الرعاية الصحية، خاصة في ظل التغييرات التي يشهدها النظام الصحي في فرنسا. وقد تطورت مكانة الممرض من مجرد تأدية مهام فنية إلى محترف معترف بدوره المستقل، ليصبح فاعلاً مهما في تقديم الرعاية. ومع هذا التقدم، لا تزال هناك تحديات قانونية تتعلق بالإطار التنظيمي لمهنة التمريض.<br/>حيث إن المادة 1-4311 من قانون الصحة العامة الفرنسي تحدد دور الممرض في تحليل وتقديم الرعاية، والمشاركة في الوقاية والتعليم الصحي. ورغم العمل تحت إشراف طبي، يتحمل الممرض مسؤولية كبيرة، بما في ذلك المسؤولية المدنية في حالة وقوع أخطاء أثناء الرعاية. ولضمان حماية الممرضين قانونيا، يعد التأمين أمرًا ضروريًا.<br/>وتشير هذه الدراسة إلى أن هناك ممارسات غير نظامية قد تعرض الممرضين للمسؤولية القانونية حتى في العمل التعاوني مع الأطباء. لذلك، يظل التكامل بين الطبيب والممرض ضروريا لتعزيز جودة الرعاية وتحقيق أفضل نتائج للنظام الصحي |

| Summary, etc. | The nursing profession is experiencing significant development, with nurses now playing an essential role in providing healthcare, particularly in light of the changes taking place in the French healthcare system. The role of nurses has evolved from merely performing technical tasks to becoming recognized professionals with independent responsibilities, making them key actors in the delivery of care. However, despite this progress, legal challenges remain concerning the regulatory framework of the nursing profession.<br/>Article L 4311-1 of the French Public Health Code outlines the nurse's role in analyzing and providing care, as well as participating in prevention and health education. Although nurses work under medical supervision, they bear significant responsibility, including civil liability in cases of errors during care. To ensure legal protection, insurance for nurses is essential.<br/>This study highlights that certain irregular practices may expose nurses to legal liability, even when working collaboratively with doctors. Therefore, the professional integration between doctors and nurses remains crucial to enhancing the quality of care and achieving the best outcomes for the healthcare system. |
