| Summary, etc. | اقتضت هذه الدراسة إلى تقسيمها إلى بابين وفصل تمهيدي خصصناه لاستعراض ماهية المجني عليه والفرق بينه وبين ما يشابهه من تعابير، ثم الباب الأول حقوق المجني عليه الإجرائية، واستعرضنا فيه حقوق المجني عليه في المرحلة السابقة للمحاكمة أمام الضبطية القضائية والنيابة العامة ثم مرحلة المحاكمة، وبحثنا فيها حق المجني عليه في الادعاء أمام القضاء الجزائي وحقوقه المتعلقة بإجراءات المحاكمة عند بدايتها وعند انتهائها. أما الباب الثاني فهو حول حقوق المجني عليه الموضوعية، وبحثنا فيه تعويض المجني عليه من الجاني وحق تعويض الدولة للمجني عليه وأساس التزام الدولة في تعويض<br/>المجني عليه. |

| Summary, etc. | This study required to be divided in two parts and an introductory chapter that we devoted to reviewing the nature of the victim and the difference between him and his similar. The chapter one contains the rights of the victim during the trip before the rial in front of the Judicial Police and the Public Prosecution. Then we find the trial stage in which we discussed the victim's rights to appear in front of the Criminal Court and his rights related to the Trial Procedures from the beginning to the end.<br/>As for the second chapter, it's about the substantive rights of the<br/>victim. We have discussed the compensation of the victim by the<br/>perpetrator and the right of the State to compensate the victim.<br/>Finally we have mentioned the basis of the state's obligation to compensate the victim. |
