Investment, whether domestic or foreign, plays a major role in increasing economic growth rates, as well as that foreign investment is not only a source of capital, but also a source of modern technology and organizational and administrative skills, as well as a great ability to stimulate competition and innovation, expand trade and facilitate access to global markets, which leads to the creation of many jobs and accelerates the pace of economic growth.<br/>In view of the increasing importance of foreign direct investment on the one hand and the increase in the desires of foreign investors to invest on the other hand, and since their decisions to invest in any country are not an improvised process, but rather take into account the nature of the investment climate and its suitability for doing business in order to make rational decisions, and the foreign investor seeks to differentiate between different countries based on the availability of several conditions, which ensure the safety of his investment and increase his profits, Therefore, the countries of the world compete to attract these investments by issuing laws that guarantee the rights of the investor and create the appropriate environment for the development of his funds and achieve profit, which encourages other individuals, whether individuals or legal persons, to further activity in all investment fields, including guarantees and incentives, especially in Egypt and Kuwait. |

إن الاستثمار سواء المحلى أو الأجنبي يلعب دوراً كبيراً في زيادة معدلات النمو الاقتصادي، فضلاً عن أن الاستثمار الأجنبي ليس مصدراً لرأس المال فقط بل إنه مصدراً للتكنولوجيا الحديثة والمهارات التنظيمية والإدارية، وكذلك يتمتع بقدرة كبيرة على تحفيز المنافسة والابتكار، وتوسيع نطاق التجارة وتسهيل سبل الوصول إلى الأسواق العالمية، مما يؤدى إلى خلق العديد من الوظائف وتسريع<br/>وتيرة النمو الاقتصادي.<br/>ونظراً لتزايد أهمية الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر من جهة وزيادة رغبات المستثمرين الأجانب في الاستثمار من جهة أخرى، وبما أن قراراتهم بالاستثمار في أي دولة ليست عملية ارتجالية بل تأخذ بعين الاعتبار طبيعة مناخ الاستثمار ومدى ملائمتة لممارسة الأعمال من أجل إتخاذ القرارات الرشيدة، كما يسعى المستثمر الأجنبي إلى المفاضلة بين مختلف الدول بناءً على توفر عدة شروط والتي تضمن سلامة استثماره وزيادة أرباحه، لذلك تتنافس دول العالم على جذب هذه الاستثمارات عن طريق إصدار قوانين تضمن حقوق المستثمر وتهيئ له البيئة المناسبة لتنمية أمواله وتحقيق الربح الذى يشجع غيره سواء من الأفراد أو من الأشخاص الاعتبارية على مزيد من النشاط في كافة المجالات الاستثمارية بما يكفله له ذلك من ضمانات وحوافز ولا سيما في كل من مصر والكويت. |
