| Summary, etc. | تأتي هذه الرسالة العلمية في المقام الأول للدفاع عن الوحدة اليمنية، وذلك بتبني نظام اللامركزية الإدارية والسياسية -النظام الفيدرالي- بعد فشل النظام المركزي في الحفاظ عليها. كما تهدف لإيجاد حل منطقي للخروج من حالة الاستبداد السياسي وعدم الاستقرار الذي عانت منه اليمن ولازالت تعاني، وذلك عن طريق تقسيم السلطة وتوزيع الثروة التي بسببهما ظل اليمنيون في صراع دائم. بالإضافة إلى ذلك جاءت هذه الرسالة للوصول إلى رؤية منطقية وعملية لإنهاء الحرب الأهلية المستعرة، وإيجاد تسوية سياسية عادلة تضمن للبلاد الخروج الآمن، وتضع اليمنيين على بداية الطريق الصحيح لبناء اليمن الجديد الموحد الذي يتطلعون إليه، وإقامة دولتهم القائمة على العدالة والديمقراطية والحرية والمساواة في ظل النظام والقانون. |

| Summary, etc. | This thesis comes primarily to defend Yemeni unity, by adopting the administrative and political decentralization system - the federal system - after the failure of the central system to preserve it. It also aims to find a logical solution to get out of the state of political tyranny and instability that Yemen has suffered and is still suffering from, by dividing power and distributing wealth, because of which Yemenis have been in constant conflict. In addition, this message came to reach a logical and practical vision to end the raging civil war, find a just political settlement that guarantees the country a safe exit, and puts Yemenis on the right path to building the new, unified Yemen they aspire to, and the establishment of their state based on justice, democracy, freedom and equality under the regime. And the law. |
