وتعتبر شبكة الإنترنت والتي نتجت من خلال امتزاج عنصري الحاسبات والاتصالات من أهم مظاهر المعرفة في هذا العصر، وإذا كانت تلك الشبكة أصبحت عنصرًا أساسيًا في أغلب الأنشطة التي يمارسها الإنسان في الوقت الحالي، وترتب عليها مزايا لا يمكن إنكارها، حيث إن المعلومة تعتبر رمز للحضارة الإنسانية، وضياع المعلومة يترتب عليها بالضرورة ضياع للحضارة. ومع ذلك قام البعض باستغلال التسهيلات التي قدمها الإنترنت بصورة سيئة، مكنتهم من ارتكاب جرائم عبر هذه الشبكة، سواء تمثلت هذه الجرائم في الاعتداء على الأشخاص أو على الأموال، وهذا الأمر يعتبر ضريبة باهظة الثمن تحملتها المجتمعات في مقابل الاستفادة من ثمار هذه التكنولوجيا. وتوجد علاقة كمية طردية ما بين زيادة استخدام الإنترنت، وزيادة كم الجرائم الإلكترونية بصورة عامة. وتعتبر جريمة الاحتيال الإلكتروني من أهم الجرائم وأكثرها انتشاراً التي يمكن ارتكابها عبر الإنترنت، وإذا كانت توجد قواسم مشتركة ما بين جريمة الاحتيال التقليدي وجريمة الاحتيال الإلكتروني، وخاصة في عنصر المضمون، إلا أنه يوجد اختلاف بينهما يتمثل في نطاق ارتكاب الجريمة، حيث إن جريمة الاحتيال التقليدي في الغالب ترتكب على المستوى الداخلي، وذلك على عكس الاحتيال الإلكتروني والذي قد يرتكب في الغالب على المستوى الدولي. |

There is a direct quantitative relationship between the increase<br/>in the use of the Internet and the increase in the amount of cybercrime in<br/>general.<br/>The crime of electronic fraud is one of the most important and prevalent crimes that can be committed via the Internet, and if there are common denominators between the crime of traditional fraud and the crime of electronic fraud, especially in the content element, but there is a difference between them represented in the scope of committing the crime, as the crime of traditional fraud Mostly it is committed at the domestic level, unlike electronic fraud, which may often be committed at the international level. |
