تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة فى أن موضوع الإعلان أصبح فى الوقت الحالى ذات أهمية كبيرة حيث يمس مصالح العديد من الطوائف سواء كانوا الجمهور متلقى الإعلان أم المؤسسات الإعلانية أم الأطراف ذات الصلة بإعداد الإعلان ذاته. و بات من الضرورى التعرض لموضوع الإعلان و ما يرتبط به خاصة بعد إنتشار الإعلان بشكل كبير و تنوع و تطور و سائله و صوره. و قد قمنا بتقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى فصل تمهيدى و قسمين رئيسيين. و تناولنا فى الفصل التمهيدى تعريف الإعلان و تاريخه و وظائفه و التنظيم التشريعى له و أنواعه و تمييزه عما يختلط به. و تعرضنا فى القسم الأول لطبيعة الإعلان و قيمته العقدية و أيضاً عقود الإعلان و الحقوق المرتبطة به. ثم تطرقنا فى القسم الثانى إلى صور الإعلان غير المشروع و تحديد المسئول عن عدم المشروعية فى الإعلان. و أخيراً عرضنا لطرق الحماية من عدم مشروعية الإعلان و قسمناها إلى طرق وقائية سابقة على بث و إذاعة الإعلان و طرق علاجية لاحقة على نشر الإعلان غير المشروع و وقوع الضرر |

The importance of this study lies in the fact that the subject of the declaration has become at the present time of great importance as it affects the interests of many communities, whether they are the public receiving the advertisement or the advertising institutions or the relevant parties in preparing the declaration itself.<br/>It became necessary Exposure to the subject of the advertising, And what is related to it, especially after the widespread advertisement, and the diversity and development of its methods and images!<br/>We divided this study into an introductory chapter and two main sections. In the introductory chapter, we dealt with the definition of the declaration, its historical formation, its functions, and its legislative organization.
