| Summary, etc. | أدى تطور المجتمع الدولى و زيادة و سرعة التبادل التجارى بين الدول عامة و الأفراد خاصة إلى تداخل سلطات الدول فى العديد من العقود الإدارية ذات الطابع الدولى: بهدف تلبية احتياجات الأفراد و إقامة العديد من مشاريع البنية الأساسية و التى يتطلب تنفيذها مدة من الزمن. و قد ينشأ عن العلاقات بين الدول و الأفراد منازعات بعضها ذات طابع سياسى و الآخر ذات طابع قانونى: و لهذا كان من الطبيعى تفضيل الحلول الودية لهذه المنازعات بدلاً من الاقتصار على قضاء الدولة فقط: و تتنوع هذه الحلول ما بين المفاوضات: و التوفيق: و الوساطة: و الصلح و التحكيم. و قد بلغت هذه الوسائل شأواً عظيماً و مكانة متقدمة لدى المجتمع الدولى و الوطنى لتسوية المنازعات السياسية و القانونية قبل و لوج طريق القضاء |

| Summary, etc. | The development of the international community and the increasing of International trade between countries in general and individuals in particular have led to overlapping of the powers of countries in many administrative contracts of an international nature, in order to meet the needs of individuals and establish many infrastructure projects that require implementation over a period of time.<br/>The Relations between the States and individuals may arise many types of disputes even of a political nature or a legal one.<br/>Therefore, they are preferring friendly solutions and amicable Settlements to these conflicts, rather than recourse to the national judiciary of the State.<br/>These solutions range from negotiation, conciliation, mediation, reconciliation and arbitration.<br/>These means have reached a great place and an advanced position in the international and national community to settle political and legal disputes before recourse the judicial process. |
