تطرقنا من خلال هذه الاطروحة الى الاحكام العامة لاختراعات العاملين وحيث تناولنا الشروط المتطلبة فى هذا النوع من الاختراعات سواء تعلق الامر بإبرام عقد العمل او التوصل العامل الى اختراع : ثم انتقلنا الى معالجة صور اختراعات العاملين فقسمناها الى صنفين الصنف الاول اختراعات خدمة والتى يتوصل اليها العامل بتكليف من صاحب العمل وهذا الصنف من الاختراعات يؤول الى صاحب العمل بينما تناولنا فى الصنف الثانى اختراعات خارج الخدمة والتى تشمل نوعين من الاختراعات وهى الاختراعات العرضية والاختراعات الحرة |
