Should be linked to liberalization of international trade rules and core labor standards, any text on the social clause, so as to achieve fair competition between Member States in the WTO agreements, which constitutes an important impact on the social law and labor relations in Egypt, and to prevent discrimination in employment between men and women and the elimination of forced labor in addition to the elimination of child labor and the prohibition, except that under the status quo, lead trade liberalization to the high Egyptian imports from the prices of agricultural products; and the lack of Egyptian industry's ability to compete with foreign industrial goods, and attracting Egyptian skilled labor, and the increase in unemployment, if not the Egyptian worker development, to an imbalance in labor relations, unemployment, population growth, and we propose to solve the problem of unemployment, and the development of economic reform programs, and attention to social condition, and a minimum of labor legislation, the labor laws, unions and the minimum wage, and the need to implement the training program, with reliance on the work of the inspections effective. |
